8 March International Women’s Day Gathering 2013
On 8 March every year, women across the world get together to celebrate the International Women’s Day to honour and appreciate women’s contributions to society. Women now constitute around 26% of the faculty members at CUHK. We would like to invite you to an informal gathering to meet other female colleagues on this special day, share our work-life experience, and strengthen our network so as to build a supportive research community for female researchers at CUHK.

The Gender Research Centre (GRC) at the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies of The Chinese University of Hong Kong is the first research unit on gender issues in Hong Kong. Members include scholars from Social Science, Humanities, Medicine, Business Administration, and other interdisciplinary fields.
