Professor CHOI Yuk-ping, Director of the GRC, joins the EOC sharing session “Men’s Plights and Way Out”

To follow up on the findings of the exploratory study “Gender Stereotyping and Its Impact on Men” released in May 2012, the Equal Opportunities Commission organised a sharing session titled “Men’s Plights and Way Out” to discuss the challenges faced by men today and to exchange views on how to empower men. Professor CHOI Yuk-ping, Director of the Gender Studies Centre at the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, participated in the second panel discussion.

性別研究中心主任蔡玉萍教授參與平機會「香港男士的困境與出路」分享會
為跟進2012年5月公佈的「性別定型及其對男性的影響」探索性研究的結果，平等機會委員會舉辦「香港男士的困境與出路」分享會，討論了現今男性面對的困難，並就如何為男性充權交換意見。香港中文大學香港亞太研究所性別研究中心主任蔡玉萍教授參與第二節專題討論。
